Information we use

Google sign-in provides your account identifier, verified email, name and profile image. Lifo does not receive your Google password. We store your account, session information, workspace settings, uploaded assets, creations, Agent conversations and credit usage to provide the service. Characters, assets and conversations are private by default and access is limited by account permissions.

Service providers and processing

Cloudflare hosts the application, runs background tasks and stores uploaded files. Neon hosts the PostgreSQL database in the United States. These providers process connection information and operational logs needed to deliver and protect the service. When you use the Agent, relevant prompts, character data, conversation history and tool results are sent to MiniMax to generate a response. When you request image generation, the image prompt and selected reference images are sent to MiniMax. Processing may occur outside your country. Google handles sign-in under its own privacy policy.

This release does not offer paid upgrades or collect payment card details.

Cookies and analytics

Necessary cookies maintain your sign-in session and protect authentication. Public marketing pages may offer optional Google Analytics with your consent; your preference is stored in the browser. Private workspace content and Agent conversations are not included in those analytics events.

Retention, export and deletion

We retain account and creative data while needed to provide your workspace. You can export supported creative content and delete content from the application. Workspace backups exclude Agent conversations and billing records. Contact the support email above to request account deletion or help accessing your data. We will verify account ownership before acting. Limited records may remain in operational backups or where needed for security, dispute resolution or legal obligations; deletion from those systems is not immediate.

Your choices

Only submit content you intend the relevant services to process. You can stop using AI features, decline optional analytics, or revoke Lifo access in your Google Account settings. Revoking Google access does not itself delete your Lifo workspace. Contact us to exercise applicable privacy rights or ask about this notice.
