What belongs
on a character sheet?
A character reference sheet helps collaborators recognize and reproduce a design. This template combines the visual reference with short, concrete notes, so it can travel between your own projects and creative tools.
- Artwork you can identify. Add the main portrait and, if available, an expression close-up or another view. A single portrait is a useful starting reference, but it cannot document an unseen back or side.
- Features that should stay fixed. Record the hairstyle, eye color, silhouette, costume details and signature props. Add a small color palette for fast visual checks.
- Personality, voice and story notes. Include how the character behaves and what they would not do. Keep visual instructions and narrative notes distinct.
- Source and credit. Note the artist or tool and any relevant usage information. The sheet organizes your work; it does not grant rights to someone else’s artwork.

Is this an AI character sheet generator?
This is a layout and reference-sheet maker. It arranges artwork you provide and the notes you enter. You can generate a first image in Lifo Studio, but this template does not automatically invent front, side or back views.
Can I use it without AI?
Yes. Upload your own drawing, enter the character details and download the sheet. The template does not send your artwork to an AI service.
Do I need an account, and where do my images go?
No account is required to make or download a sheet. The layout and image processing run in your browser. Refreshing clears the images. Your exports remain with you.
