Keep the character. Change the scene.

Consistent character AI starts with a clear reference.

Choose what stays fixed and what changes this time. Build a reference-led brief for your character’s next image.

Continuity brief

Prepare your brief here. In the studio, review the reference and credit cost before generating. A reference reduces drift; inspect each result before adopting it.

A reference.
A few fixed traits.
A new scene.

Writing “same character” is rarely enough. Use an approved reference and describe the features that should survive the scene change. Keep the new action, setting and lighting in a separate part of the brief.

Keep fixed

Facial proportions, hair shape and color, eye color, signature accessories, silhouette and art direction.

Change deliberately

Location, expression, action, camera framing and time of day. Change clothing only when it fits the character’s continuity.

Review before you adopt.

Compare the new image with the approved reference. Check the face, hair, accessory placement and body proportions. Keep a good result as a candidate first; set it as the character image only after your review.

In Lifo Studio, selecting an existing character reuses its saved image as a reference. Previous generated images remain in the character history. A recognizable identity comes from this review loop, rather than a promise of perfect consistency.

Keeping the same character.

Can the model preserve a character perfectly?

No. A clear single-subject reference and fixed visual traits help, but faces, clothing and proportions can still drift. Review every image; keep a previous approved image when a new result changes the identity.

Can I use this for an anime OC or mascot?

The brief builder works for many styles. The current model’s reference capability is primarily person-focused. Stylized people may work better than non-human mascots; treat those outcomes as experiments.

Does this generate a consistent character video?

This page prepares still-image scenes. It does not generate a finished video, motion capture or a Live2D rig.

Keep creating around the same character.
